  • Hydraulic belt tensioning and tracking standard – Pneumatic belt tensioning and tracking optional on 1.2 meter machine
  • Six rows of V-plows with each row having plows spaced at 10 inch centers
  • Bearing L10 life 600,000 hours minimum
  • Stainless steel pans and drip trays
  • Belt scraper located off rollers for extended belt life
  • Nylon coated rollers except for rubber coated drive roller
  • Stainless steel perforated rollers first roller in the pressure zone
  • Nylon coated bearing housings

Installations requiring an economical machine suited for low to medium hydraulic loading while delivering discharge solids with high solids levels.

SERIES 418 SLUDGEPRESS

Standard belt Widths:

  • 1.2 Meter
  • 1.7 Meter
  • 2.2 Meter
  • Hot dip galvanized steel or stainless steel frame construction
  • Open design provides access for cleaning and maintenance
  • Belt support grid provides excellent removal of free water and is easily serviced without disassembly of equipment from the machine or unsplicing of the belt
  • Roller deflection of less than 0.05 inches at maximum belt tension
  • Eight rollers in the pressure zone
  • Rollers fabricated from materials having minimum thickness of 0.50 inch
  • Hydraulic belt tensioning and tracking
  • Ten rows of V-plows with each row having plows spaced at 10 inch centers
  • Bearing L10 life 700,000 hours minimum
  • Stainless steel pans and drip trays
  • Belt scraper located off rollers, reducing the tendency of the scraper to bind on the belt seam, for extended belt life
  • Nylon coated rollers except for rubber coated drive roller
  • 26 inch diameter stainless steel perforated rollers, first roller in the pressure zone
  • Nylon coated bearing housings

Installations with high hydraulic and solids loading requiring a medium cost machine. This machine is best suited for dewatering sludges having 3% or less solids.

Installations with high hydraulic and solids loading requirements requiring a durable machine discharging dewatered solids with maximum dry solids content. This machine is best suited for industrial and municipal installations requiring maximum dry solids.

TRAILER MOUNTED EQUIPMENT

Enviroquip trailer mounted dewatering equipment is available in several sizes and ancillary equipment options.

Trailer mounted dewatering equipment used by dewatering contractors to remove solids from a facility which has become overloaded or has no means of removing solids.

Trailer mounted dewatering equipment is also utilized by owners having multiple plants which require sludge dewatering but do not have permanent equipment in place.

Typical trailer mounted dewatering equipment consists of a belt filter press, polymer feed equipment, sludge pump, belt wash booster pump, cake conveyor and controls. The unit is ready for operation by leveling the trailer and hookup of power supply, sludge feed piping, filtrate drain piping and positioning of a container for sludge cake.

Enviroquip offers a wide selection of belt filter presses, gravity belt thickeners and ancillary equipment for trailer mounting to suite client needs. Contact Enviroquip for your equipment needs.

SKID MOUNTED EQUIPMENT

Enviroquip skid mounted dewatering equipment is available in several sizes and ancillary equipment options.

Skid mounted dewatering equipment is typically specified to minimize on site construction costs or if the equipment will be used temporarily at one location then moved for final placement.

Typical installations consist of a concrete pad and enclosure prepared by the owner or general contractor. The equipment skid is shipped to site, after being fully shop tested, and set in place on the pad. The unit is ready for operation after connection of power, feed sludge piping and filtrate drain piping. Piping and electrical requirements are minimal.

Enviroquip offers a wide selection of belt filter presses, gravity belt thickeners and ancillary equipment for skid mounting to suite client needs. Contact Eviroquip for your equipment needs.
